Encompass

This is the company that seized the lead while Point was asleep.  Encompass is a very robust system that does almost everything but reporting is still in the DOS days.  Encompass hosts your system so you don’t need to worry about computer upgrades and managing security or backups.  Encompass has mastered the art of charging for EVERYTHING.  If you are a bank, Encompass will pass your most rigorous vendor management system.  My one concern is that you must trust Ellie Mae to do your back up, particularly your document images.  Encompass is new to many users and the learning curve is a few days.  It takes a lot of advanced planning to properly set up Encompass for your business.
