Front / Side Yard Setbacks

  • Primary Dwelling Structures
    • Front:  
      • The front setback for a primary dwelling structure is the most restrictive of:
        • the distance between 10% of the existing "median" setback on the block face
        • the distance of 10% of the mean setback of the adjacent structures, if within the 10% median range, or
      • a maximum setback of 35 feet
  • Ancillary (non-dwelling) Structures
    • within the back 35% of the parcel
