  • No taller than 2 1/2 stories and 35 feet in height
    • Multi-family no taller than 3 stories
  • Definition:
    • Height, building:     The vertical dimension from the average elevation of the finish lot grade at the front of the building to the hightest point of the ceiling of the top story in the case of a flat roof; to the deckline of a mansard roof, and the average height between the plate and ridge of a gable, hip or gambrel roof.
