  • Existing Structures with a porch
    • may not be reduced in size
    • may be enclosed with materials such as glass or screen
      • with no less than 80% transparency
  • New Single Family structures (or those undergoing substantial reconstruction / rehabilitation of the front facade):
    • must include a front porch that is minimum 8 feet deep; and 
    • minimum 50% of the structure width along the street facing facade
