Principal Elevation Features - Porches
- Existing Structures with a porch
- may not be reduced in size
- may be enclosed with materials such as glass or screen
- with no less than 80% transparency
- New Single Family structures (or those undergoing substantial reconstruction / rehabilitation of the front facade):
- must include a front porch that is minimum 8 feet deep; and
- minimum 50% of the structure width along the street facing facade
