the existing structure in scale, proportion and / or profile
- The use of natural wood siding, cement-fiber board siding, stucco, brick or stone is encouraged.
- Roofing Materials
- There is no prohibition on any particular roofing material, however, it is highly encouraged to use:
- Asphalt (composite)
- metal
- clay tile
- wood shingle
